During my 20 years of practicing law I have developed knowledge and extensive experience in a wide range of legal disciplines. I use that knowledge and experience to ensure that my clients receive sound advice and superior representation no matter what their legal problem. I pride myself on having the answers for my clients, and being able to assist them with almost any legal situation. I also pride myself on knowing when I do not have the answer or when one of my colleagues would be better suited to assist my clients with a particular problem. To that end, I have developed professional relationships with outstanding attorneys in every area of practice. If I refer a case to another attorney I remain involved and always available to my clients. My wide range of services, combined with my professional associations, allows my clients to benefit from a truly general, and all encompassing practice.
In addition, as a sole practitioner I am able to provide my clients with the personal attention and accessibility to which every client is entitled. I work hard to get to know my clients so that they feel confident coming to me with any legal matter. Rather than just resolving a case for my clients, I strive to be their lawyer for life.
I represent individuals and families, in legal matters including, but not limited to: family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and division of marital property; criminal defense including traffic offenses, DUI/DMV hearing, misdemeanors and felonies; personal injuries from auto accidents, on the job, or due to a dangerous property; and preparation of a will.
I represent business owners in all manner of business and commercial transactions such as: contract drafting and execution; choosing the proper corporate entity; drafting and filing articles of incorporation; partnership agreements; leases; and purchases and sales of property and goods and services. In addition to being an accomplished business attorney I am also a successful small business owner. I bring the additional knowledge, from having run my own businesses, of the challenges that face entrepreneurs, both legal and bottom line.
